Shipping & Returns
For classroom set orders, shipping costs can vary. To ensure accuracy, just email us at shop@thereadingleague.org with your shipping address and the quantities you need, and we’ll get right back to you with exact shipping details.
If you are not satisfied with your TRL Shop purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you
- Gift cards are non-refundable
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item and will issue a refund.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is returned to our warehouse.
Once your return has been approved, a member of our shop team will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print and attach the label to your package, then drop it off at the carrier listed on the label. This way, you don’t need to worry about finding the correct return address—it will be included on your label.

- Credit card

- Wire transfer

Tax-Exempt and W-9 Form
