Overweight Products
For products 150 pounds or more, please contact us at shop@thereadingleague.org for the shipping rate.
International Orders
Prior to placing your order, please email shop@thereadingleague.org for accurate shipping costs.
Tax ExemptIf you are a tax-exempt organization, please email your tax-exempt information and W9 form to shop@thereadingleague.org.

Refund PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your TRL Shop purchase we are happy to assist you with a return if you reach out within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you
- Gift cards are non-refundable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will be issuing a refund.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is returned to our warehouse.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the cost of the item only.
